The aim of the diploma thesis was to compile, on the basis of quantitative research, visitor profiles of a selected destination in the South Bohemia Region, to identify the needs and requirements of visitors' needs and requirements and to perform market segmentation on the demand side. The practical part defined the primary and secondary potential of the Český Krumlov region, and quantitative research was carried out in the form of a questionnaire survey, on the basis of which profiles of visitors of this destination. The established hypotheses examined the influence of demographic and geographical characteristics of visitors on their consumer behaviour. Findings the research was used to identify key and prospective target segments for the sustainable development of the destination. The final part of the thesis focuses on the evaluation of findings and proposing measures for the DMO Český Krumlov region. |
