| Abstrakt: | Cílem této práce je vyvinutí postupu pro identifikaci agregujících hierarchií ukazatelů z modelů vytvořených metodikou MMABP a následně ověřit tento postup na ukazatelích odvozených od modelu reálného business systému. Agregující hierarchie správně identifikovat a pokusit se je správně roztřídit. Tento cíl obsahuje následující dílčí cíle, které jsou potřebné k úspěšnému dosažení. Je to vytvoření modelu business systému dle metodiky MMABP, určit ukazatele klíčového procesu. Ověřit navržený postup na ukazatelích odvozených od namodelovaného business systému. Práce v teoretické části popisuje metodiku MMABP a postup identifikace ukazatelů. Praktická část práce definuje návrh postupu hledání agregujících hierarchií mezi ukazateli a následné ověření a otestování postupu. Dále pak obsahuje diskusi o aplikaci vyvinutého postupu u ostatních prací s cílem optimalizovat jejich hierarchie a diskutovat přínosy tohoto postupu. |

| Abstrakt: | The goal of this work is to develop a procedure for identifying aggregating hierarchies of indicators from models created by the MMABP methodology and subsequently to verify this procedure on indicators derived from a model of a real business system. Identify aggregating hierarchies correctly and try to sort them correctly. This goal contains the following sub-goals that are necessary for successful achievement. It is the creation of a business system model according to the MMABP methodology, to determine key process indicators. Verify the proposed procedure on the indicators derived from the modelled business system. The work in the theoretical part describes the MMABP methodology and the procedure for identifying indicators. The practical part of the work defines the design of the procedure for searching for aggregating hierarchies between indicators and the subsequent verification and testing of the procedure. Furthermore, it contains a discussion on the application of the developed procedure to other works with the aim of optimizing their hierarchies and discussing the benefits of this procedure. |
