| Abstrakt: | Práce se zabývá problematikou existence potenciálního nesouladu mezi rovinami odborné literatury a pracovního trhu. Na základě této problematiky je cílem této práce identifikovat soustavu pracovních pozic analytiků v odborném směru informační technologie (náplň práce a kompetence) a provést komparaci této soustavy s požadavky trhu práce. Identifikovaná soustava pracovních pozic reprezentuje rovinu odborné literatury a vychází z klasifikačních portálů ESCO (European Skills, Competences, and Occupations) a NSP (Národní soustava povolání). Rovina pracovního trhu je pak reprezentována požadavky pracovního trhu. V práci je použit vlastní metodický postup, který spočívá v manuálním přístupu a zpracování identifikace soustavy pracovních pozic analytiků v odborném směru informační technologie. Z identifikované soustavy pak dochází k provedení pozorování, na jehož základě jsou formulovány výstupy pozorování. Ty jsou dále upraveny do podoby sledovaných hledisek identifikované soustavy a jsou zároveň použity jako optika pro komparaci s požadavky pracovního trhu, které jsou v komparaci zastoupeny vyhledanými pracovními nabídkami podle stanovených kritérií. Na základě této komparace dochází k provedení dalšího pozorování, jehož výstupy jsou následně shrnuty a určí se, zda komparace identifikuje shodu či neshodu mezi porovnávanými rovinami. Výsledky práce pak naznačují, že problematika existence potenciálního nesouladu mezi rovinou odborné literatury a rovinou pracovního trhu je oprávněná. V rámci komparace těchto rovin totiž nedochází k nalezení celkové shody. Rovina odborné literatury pak nereflektuje realitu, tedy rovinu pracovního trhu. Na základě tohoto zjištění dochází k dodatečné formulaci doporučení návrhu změn pro rovinu odborné literatury, tedy pro klasifikační portály ESCO a NSP. Na základě těchto doporučení by při opětovné aplikaci metodického postupu práce mělo dojít ke shodě mezi porovnávanými rovinami, a tedy by rovina odborné literatury měla reflektovat realitu, tedy rovinu pracovního trhu. |

| Abstrakt: | This paper deals with the issue of the existence of a potential mismatch between the planes of professional literature and labour market. Based on this issue, the aim of this thesis is to identify the set of job positions of analysts in the professional direction of information technology (job description and competences) and to make a comparison of this set with the requirements of the labour market. The identified set of job positions represents the plane of professional literature and is based on the classification portals ESCO (European Skills, Competences, and Occupations) and NSP (Národní systém povolání). The plane of labour market is then represented by the requirements of the labour market. The paper uses own methodological procedure, which consists of manual approach and processing of the identification of the set of job positions of analysts in the professional direction of information technology. From the identified set, an observation is then made, based on which the outputs of the observation are formulated. These are further refined into the form of the observed aspects of the identified system and are also used as optics for comparison with the labour market requirements, which are represented in the comparison by the searched job offers according to the established criteria. On the basis of this comparison, further observations are made, the outputs of which are subsequently summarised to determine whether the comparison identifies a match or mismatch between the compared planes. The results of the paper then suggest that the issue of the existence of a potential mismatch between the plane of professional literature and the plane of labour market is a valid one. In fact, the comparison of these planes does not result in finding an overall match. The plane of professional literature then does not reflect the reality, i.e. the plane of labour market. On the basis of this finding, additional recommendations for changes are made for the plane of professional literature, i.e. for the ESCO and NSP classification portals. Based on these recommendations, when the methodological workflow is reapplied, there should be a match between the compared planes and therefore the plane of professional literature should reflect reality, i.e. the labour market level. |
