The practical part focuses on the analysis of the current employee care system in the selected company ABC through an in-depth interview with the head of the H&R department and a questionnaire survey, including an assessment of working conditions, safety, training, motivating factors and other aspects. The research uncovered several areas for improvement, including the working environment, the variety of benefits offered, revising the compensation system, or professional growth issues. The thesis concludes with a summary of the answers to the research questions and proposes recommendations for improving the current employee care system. |
