The thesis is divided into two parts. In the first, theoretical part, the basic concepts related to motivation, job satisfaction and job performance are explained, then the most important motivational theories and the basic factors that influence motivation and employee satisfaction are described. In the second, practical part, a quantitative survey is conducted in the form of questionnaires and is enriched by a qualitative survey in the form of semi-structured interviews, in order to gain a deeper understanding of the topic. On the basis of the empirical investigation, the thesis is concluded by proposing measures and recommendations aimed at improving the current situation. |
