Abstrakt: | The aim of this thesis is to focus on female leaders integrating modern tactics that support innovation and efficiency, along with challenges they come across, with a focus on how intergenerational shift affect their success. According to the research, family firms with supportive systems can increase the efficacy of female leadership and promote corporate success. This thesis examines how female leadership affects family businesses, with a specific emphasis on the difficulties and achievements caused by generational differences. Interviews with female executives from a range of family-owned businesses using qualitative approaches that provide insight into the nature of gender roles and approaches to leadership. Although gender bias and problems with work-life balance present significant obstacles for female leaders, they can transform leadership through cooperative and empathetic management techniques. |
