The aim of this thesis is to develop a strategic business plan for Albert Česká republika, s.r.o. and to subsequently analyse the risks that may affect the company's operations. The theoretical part introduces basic concepts and methods related to strategic management, strategic analysis, and risk management. The subsequent practical part first introduces the company and then analyses the external and internal environment of the business in order to identify risk factors. For this purpose, PESTEL analysis, Porter's Five Forces model, VRIO, and financial analysis are used. A synthesis of existing knowledge is then performed using SWOT analysis. The thesis also includes the preparation of a strategic financial plan for the years 2024-2026, the output of which also serves as input for Monte Carlo simulation. The conclusion of the thesis proposes ways to mitigate the identified risks. |
