This bachelor thesis focuses on the employment of people with hearing impairment. The bachelor's thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part summarizes the basic theoretical knowledge in the field of hearing impairment and human resource management. The practical part includes a questionnaire survey, a semi-structured interview and e-mail communication with employers of two organizations. The contribution of the bachelor's thesis is the proposal of recommendations for the employment of people with hearing impairment, so that they can be accepted into the work process in a simpler way. |
