The aim of this thesis is to investigate the company's (I.C.J. s.r.o.) adaptability and efficiency in integrating ESG principles and offer solutions to problems discovered throughout the investigation. This thesis employs a wide variety of methods to sufficiently analyze the company such as interviews, thorough review of internal documents, external research, and analysis. A wide variety of analysis are used such as Pestel analysis, Porter;s Five analysis and Stakeholder analysis. Based on the research and ESG audit is conducted and risks relating to ESG practices are identified. The thesis concludes with strategies to improve the ESG performance of the company.
