Abstrakt: | This thesis presents an in-depth analysis of the recruitment and onboarding processes for hybrid employees within the context of Vietnamese organizations. With the rising adoption of hybrid work models globally, this study aims to examine how Vietnamese companies are adapting their recruitment and onboarding strategies to effectively integrate hybrid employees into their workforce. The research methodology employed a mixed-methods approach, incorporating qualitative interviews with the employees of the HR department in corporate and quantitative surveys to gather insights from employee perspectives. This thesis serves to uncover insights into the effectiveness of onboarding practices for hybrid employees in Vietnamese organizations, from that perspective, fostering a culture of inclusion to facilitate successful onboarding experiences. |
