Abstrakt: | This Bachelor’s Thesis examines the workplace expectations of Generation Z, focusing on international job seekers and early-career professionals in the Czech Republic. The research aims to identify key factors influencing their employment decisions. Using a qualitative research design, semi-structured interviews were conducted with international students and graduates of the Prague University of Economics, and thematic analysis was applied to identify patterns and align findings with theoretical frameworks. The study explores eight critical areas, including flexibility, leadership styles, and salary expectations, revealing that Generation Z prioritizes inclusivity, hybrid work models, and professional growth opportunities. While findings align with global generational trends, the research highlights the need for customized corporate strategies to bridge the gap between Generation Z’s values and workplace practices, offering actionable recommendations for attracting and retaining this dynamic cohort. |
