| Abstrakt: | Bakalářská práce se věnuje mapování aktuální situace baletních souborů v České republice. Cílem práce je popsat proměny současného baletu a výzvy, které stojí před uměleckými šéfy tří regionálních baletních souborů. Teoretická část práce popisuje současné trendy v baletním prostředí a soustředí se na baletní kariéru tanečníka, kde se zaměřuje na průběh studia na konzervatořích, konkurzový proces a uplatnění tanečníků v praxi. Praktická část se věnuje identifikaci faktorů ovlivňujících současný stav baletních souborů, zkoumá příčiny aktuálních tendencí v baletních souborech a pomáhá identifikovat budoucí výzvy baletního odvětví. |

| Abstrakt: | The bachelor thesis is devoted to the analysis of the current situation of ballet companies in the Czech Republic. The aim of the thesis is to describe the changes in contemporary ballet and the challenges facing the artistic directors of three regional ballet companies. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the current trends in the ballet environment and focuses on the ballet dancer's career, where it looks at the course of study at conservatories, the audition process and the application of dancers in practice. The practical part of the thesis is dedicated to identifying the factors influencing the current state of ballet companies, examines the causes of the current trends in ballet companies and helps to identify future challenges of the ballet industry. The combination of the theoretical and practical parts aims to provide a comprehensive and in-depth view of the ballet field in the Czech Republic. |
