The benefit of this work is the assessment of the efficiency and return on investment of a residential solar PV as a renewable energy source, combined with a heat pump and an electric vehicle, under the conditions of a model household in the Czech Republic. The thesis also examines the current level of subsidy support and its impact on the return on investment in these technologies. Additionally, the work includes an evaluation of the positive environmental impact of using these technologies, in terms of emission savings compared to using electricity from the grid and using a gas boiler and a gasoline car. The results of the evaluation confirmed the initial hypothesis that the installation of a photovoltaic power plant in a family house is an economically advantageous solution, while also confirming that the specific payback period depends on the development of electricity prices. Calculations based on predicted prices showed a payback period for the home photovoltaic power plant with a subsidy of up to 11 years and without a subsidy of up to 15 years. |
