The study integrates theoretical frameworks with empirical data, offering a examination of the credit market's development in recent years. The thesis is structured into three primary chapters. The first chapter addresses the characteristics of credit products and the influence of interest rates and monetary policy on the credit market, alongside an assessment of the factors driving loan demand. The second chapter investigates the trends in the real estate market and the interest rates applicable to mortgage loans. The third chapter is dedicated to a comparative analysis of mortgage loan offerings. The primary objective of this thesis is to compare the mortgage products offered by various banking institutions and to evaluate the condition of the mortgage market, as well as the accessibility of homeownership for young families and individuals, within the period from 2021 to 2024. |
