In the theoretical part of the thesis, first a literature search of relevant topics such as motivation itself, related theories, the remuneration system and the benefit system are carried out, which includes current trends not only in the Czech Republic. The practical part is divided into two research methods. The quantitative research is conducted through a questionnaire survey in which all employees of the company under study had the opportunity to participate and qualitative research through semi-structured interviews with eight selected respondents. Based on the research conducted, conclusions are then drawn on the issue under study and recommendations are proposed to improve the benefit system of the company to increase the motivation and satisfaction of their employees. |
