Abstrakt:
Téma této bakalářské práce zahrnuje vnitroevropský obchod s léčivým zbožím a zaměřuje se na problematiku distribučních kanálů a obchodních toků uvnitř Evropské unie. Primárním úkolem je analyzovat efektivitu stávajícího systému distribuce léčivých přípravků z pohledu společností podnikajících na vnitřním trhu EU. Jako první se práce zaměřuje na stávající legislativu v oblasti farmacie. Dále jsou popisovány distribuční sítě, jejich struktura a role velkoobchodních a logistických systémů. Analytická část se zabývá analýzou importních a exportních toků, geografickým shlukováním obchodu a určením klíčových center distribuce léčiv v EU.

The topic of this bachelor’s thesis focuses on intra-European trade in medicinal products and addresses the issue of distribution channels and trade flows within the European Union. The main objective is to analyse the effectiveness of the existing system of pharmaceutical distribution from the perspective of companies operating in the EU internal market. The thesis first examines the current legislation in the pharmaceutical sector. It then describes distribution networks, their structure, and the role of wholesale and logistics systems. The analytical part focuses on import and export flows, the geographical concentration of trade, and the identification of key distribution hubs within the EU.
