The strategic analysis of Ørsted in the Danish market aimed to assess the company's internal capabilities, external influences, industry dynamics, and future scenarios. The research utilized various methodologies, including SWOT analysis, PEST analysis, Porter's Five Forces analysis, VRIO analysis, financial performance analysis, and scenario planning. Through these methods, key findings were identified, such as Ørsted's strong brand image, diversified product portfolio, and valuable intellectual property. The analysis also highlighted areas for improvement, such as operational efficiency and asset utilization. Based on the findings, strategic recommendations were formulated to leverage strengths, address weaknesses, capitalize on opportunities, and mitigate threats. In conclusion, the strategic analysis provided valuable insights and recommendations for Ørsted to navigate the dynamic renewable energy landscape and drive sustainable growth and innovation in the future.
