| Abstract: | Práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. V teoretické části jsou nejdříve definovány klíčové pojmy relevantní k tématu práce. Poté jsou zde popsány jednotlivé instituce, které se zabývají vzděláváním manažerů. Praktická část je zaměřena zejména na porovnání FM s Ekonomicko-správní fakultou Univerzity Pardubice a na porovnání FM s Fakultou provozu a ekonomiky dopravy a spojů Univerzity Žilina v Žilině (Slovenská republika). U těchto fakult jsou porovnávány předměty po obsahové stránce a jejich zařazení v rámci jednotlivých semestrů. V závěru praktické části jsou interpretována zjištěná data, z kterých vyplynula určitá doporučení ke zkvalitnění výuky na FM. |

| Abstract: | The Bachelor thesis consists of a theoretical part and a practical one. In its theoretical part, first are defined key notions relevant to the topic of the thesis. Further there are described individual institutions dealing with the education of managers. The practical part is focused primarily on a comparison of the Faculty of Management with the Faculty of Economics and Administration of the University of Pardubice and another comparison between the Faculty of Management and the Faculty of Operation and Economics of Transport and Communications of the University of Žilina. There are compared subjects taught at these faculties as to their contents and their classification in the framework of particular terms. In the conclusion of the practical part, the established data are interpreted; the results of this interpretation are certain recommendations of how to improve the quality of education at the Faculty of Management. |
