| Abstract: | Cílem této práce je analyzovat vývoj minimální mzdy v České republice od jejího zavedení až po současnost a jednotlivé údaje porovnat s vývojem průměrné hrubé měsíční mzdy a s částkou životního minima. Minimální mzda je analyzována v rámci Evropské unie a i zde je porovnávána s ostatními příjmovými veličinami. V poslední části je určeno, ve kterých zemích je minimální mzda pobírána nejvíce a zda jsou to spíše muži nebo ženy, kdo jsou jejími častějšími příjemci. |

| Abstract: | The task of this thesis is to analyze progress of minimum wage in the Czech Republic from its establishment till presence and compare individual data with progress of average gross monthly wage and living wage. Minimum wage is analyzed in the European Union and is also compared with other income values. In the last part are specified countries, where is minimum wage received in the highest proportions and whether men or women receive minimum wage more often. |
