| Abstract: | První kapitola práce pojednává o Úmluvě OSN o mořském právu (UNCLOS) a třech dílčích konferencích UNCLOS. Druhá kapitola se věnuje Úmluvě podrobněji a definuje jednotlivé pojmy, které jsou užívány dále v práci.Ve třetí kapitole jsou nastíněny dvě aktuální geopolitické změny na mapě světa, které se odehrávají v prostoru výlučných ekonomických zón vybraných států. Jedná se o oblast arktického regionu a Piranského zálivu. |

| Abstract: | First chapter deals with the UN Convention on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS) as well with three sub-conferences UNCLOS. The second chapter is devoted to the Convention and defines further the terms that are used later in the paper.The third chapter outlines two recent geopolitical changes worldwide that take place in the area of exclusive economic zones of selected states. Particularly these areas are the Arctic region and the Piran Bay. |
