| Abstract: | Basel II byl sice primárně určen bankám, v úvěrové oblasti ale významně zasáhl i klienty bank. Interní rating klienta se stal výchozím bodem obchodního vztahu. Banky mohou snižovat své kapitálové požadavky určitými typy zajišťovacích instrumentů. Důsledkem nových pravidel Basel III bude pravděpodobně přísnější cenová politika bank. |

| Abstract: | Basel II initially focused on the banking sector; it hit bank clients significantly too. The core of the banking sector became the risk management. The internal rating is expressing the stability of client's economic situation and is the core stone of the business relationship between the bank and its client. |
