| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce analyzuje předpokládané dopady současných reformních kroků ve zdravotnictví Spojených států amerických. Vychází z popisu současného systému zdravotnictví v USA a zmiňuje hlavní důvody vedoucí k nutnosti reformy amerického zdravotnictví. V práci jsou popsány jednotlivé reformní kroky představené v zákoně "Affordable care act". Součástí práce je i popis reformních trendů ve zdravotnictví ve světě. Autor popisuje možné dopady reformy právě v závislosti na těchto trendech. |

| Abstract: | This thesis analyzes the anticipated impact of the health reform steps which are currently being carried out in the United States of America. It describes the current US health care system and it states main reasons for the necessity of a reform. The individual reform steps included in the "Affordable care act" are described. Several global reform trends are described in this paper. Author analyzes possible outcomes of the current health care reform based on these trends. |
