| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce je popsat a analyzovat problematiku personalistiky v konkrétním podniku. K tomuto účelu poslouží firma Agrostroj Pelhřimov, a.s. Práce se podrobněji zabývá oblastí získávání a výběru zaměstnanců. Na základě teoretických poznatků je zavedený systém v organizaci zhodnocen a jsou uvedeny možné návrhy na zlepšení. |

The work deals in detail with recruitment and selection. On the basis of theoretical knowledge is established system in the company evaluated and are given suggestions for improvement. |
