Praktická část zahrnuje řízený koučovací rozhovor se zaměřením na manažerský audit s jedním z majitelů firmy PODLAHY A DVEŘE, s.r.o. Dále obsahuje doslovné zápisy všech tří řízených koučovacích rozhovorů a jejich vyhodnocení. |

The practical part includes directed coaching interviews focused on the managerial audit with one of the owners of firm PODLAHY A DVEŘE, Ltd. It also contains a verbatim report of all of the three conducted coaching interviews and its evaluation. |
