| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce porovnává několik různých metod ocenění vybrané nemovitosti. Cílem práce je porovnat různé výsledky získané při použití odlišných oceňovacích metod a analyzovat vznik rozdílů. Nemovitost je oceněna následujícími metodami: administrativní nákladová, administrativní porovnávací, administrativní výnosová a tržní porovnávací. |
