První část práce poskytuje souhrnný přehled o ratingových agenturách, popisuje jejich vývoj a úlohou na finančních trzích. Ve druhé části se charakterizuje účinnost nové regulace ratingových agentur a dalších kroků, které by měli zvýšit efektivitu přijímaných opatření. |
