| Abstract: | Tématem této bakalářské práce je americká hypoteční krize z roku 2007, nalézt příčiny a zanalyzovat důsledky. Práce se nejprve zaměřuje na hypoteční krizi z 20. a 30. let minulého století. Dále se práce zaobírá samotnými riziky poskytnutí úvěru a vysvětluje pojem sekuritizace. V následujících částech je popisována současná hypoteční krize, jaké byly její příčiny a průběh, jakou roli sehrály vládní instituce a v neposlední řadě jsou analyzovány i dopady na ekonomiku a samotnou společnost. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis is aimed at the U.S. motgage crisis from the year 2007, to find causes and to analyze consequences. The first part of this thesis deals with the mortgage crisis from 1920s and 1930s. Then there are mentioned risks of the mortgage loan and the thesis explains the term securitization. In the folowing parts there are described the causes and process of the current mortgage crisis, the role of the government institutions and impact on the economic situation and society. |
