Teoretická část uvádí do problematiky personální práce a jednotlivých personálních činností. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy, postupy a metody získávání a výběru pracovníků. Praktická část se podrobně zabývá analýzou procesu získávání a výběru pracovníků ve společnosti Drill B. S. s.r.o. a dále podrobně popisuje postup obsazovaní pracovního místa Consultant. Na konci práce jsou navrženy změny ke zlepšení |

| Abstract: | Bachelor Thesis analyzes the process of recruitment and selection of employees in the company Drill B.S. s.r.o. It is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part introduces the issue of personnel work and different personnel activities. Theoretical part explains the key concepts, methods and techniques for recruitment and selection of staff. The practical part analyzes in detail the process of recruitment and selection in the company Drill B.S. s.r.o. and thoroughly describes the process of staffing a position of Consultant. At the end of the Bachelor thesis there are advices and suggestions for improvement. |
