| Abstract: | Cílem práce je analýza logistických procesů s přihlédnutím na specifika v potravinářství, jejich zhodnocení a nalezení optimálního řešení. V teoretické části jsou analyzovány jednotlivé součásti integrovaného logistického řetězce. Praktická část se zaměřuje na analýzu logistických procesů spojených s distribucí zboží ve společnosti Nespresso. Důraz je kladen na skladování v distribučním centru. Na implementovaných KPI je prokázána neefektivita současného informačního skladového systému a návrh na implementaci výkonnějšího založeného na automatické identifikaci. |

| Abstract: | The aim of my final thesis is to analyze logistics processes with regards to the specifics of foodstuff, their assessment and finding optimal solutions. The theoretical part analyzes the components of an integrated logistics chain. The practical part is focused on analysis of the logistics processes associated with the distribution of foods in Nespresso. Emphasis is placed on storage at the distribution center in Prague. Implemented KPIs demonstrate inefficiency of a current information warehouse management system and proposal to implement new one based on automatic identification. |
