| Abstract: | Práce se zabývá majetkovými cennými papíry z účetního a daňového pohledu. Cílem je vysvětlit účtování akcií a výnosy i náklady vzniklé z účetních operací zkoumat z daňového pohledu. První část představuje úvod do problematiky cenných papírů se zaměřením na objasnění pojmů s cennými papíry souvisejících. Další část podrobně rozebírá účtování a vykazování akcií. Poslední část zkoumá dopady účetních transakcí do základu daně. Práce je doplněna množstvím praktických schémat. |

| Abstract: | The Bachelor thesis deals with property valuable papers in view of accounting and taxation. The aim is to explain the accounting of shares and income and expenses arising at book-keeping operations to investigate from the taxation point of view. The first part presents the introduction into the problem of valuable papers directing to the explanation of the concepts connected with valuable papers. The further part deals in detail with book-keeping and reporting the shares. The last part examines the impacts of book-keeping transactions into the tax base. This work is completed with a lot of practical diagrams. |
