| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce na téma mzdové účetnictví si klade za cíl popsat všechny úkony související s odměňováním zaměstnanců, od vzniku pracovního poměru až po výplatu čisté mzdy. V práci jsou rozebrány pracovněprávní vztahy, pravidla odměňování a zákonné srážky ze mzdy, kterými jsou zdravotní a sociální pojištění a daň z příjmů ze závislé činnosti, jako i legislativní změny, které se již promítly nebo teprve mají promítnout do všech částí odměňování. Různé výpočtové mechanismy v letech 2007, 2012 a 2015 a vliv dalších legislativních změn na výpočet čisté mzdy srovnává praktický příklad. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with payroll accounting. The aim is the description of all operations related to the remuneration of employees, from the start of the employment relationship to the payment of net earnings. The thesis is focused on labour-law relations, rules of remuneration, health and social insurance, income tax and also legislative changes in particular spheres of payroll accounting. Practical example compares the different wage calculation according to payroll legislation valid in the years 2007, 2012 and 2015. |
