| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem mezigenerační komunikace, které je nedílnou součástí života společnosti. Jejím cílem je navrhnout manažerům efektivní strategii pro komunikaci na pracovišti. V každé zemi je pohled na stáří jiný, proto je práce zaměřena převážně na české firemní prostředí. Teoretická část definuje pojem komunikace, vnitropodnikovou komunikaci a styly komunikace hlavních generací druhé poloviny 20. století. Praktická část je ve formě dotazníku, který obsahuje uzavřené i otevřené otázky, a jenž byl distribuován ve vybraných organizacích, působících v České republice. |

| Abstract: | Master's Thesis describes topic of intergenerational communication, which is important part of society. It's goal is to suggest an effective communication strategy on workplace for managers. Each country perceives age differently; therefore the thesis is in general focused on Czech corporate environment. The theoretical part defines the concept of communication, internal communication of companies and communication styles of key generations of the late 20th century. The practical part includes questionnaire form with both open and closed questions and survey took place in selected organizations, operating in the Czech Republic. |
