| Abstract: | Má bakalářská práce zpracovává téma "Franchising jako forma vstupu na trh". Práce je rozdělena do čtyř hlavních kapitol. První kapitola se zabývá teoretickým vymezením franchisingu, jeho charakteristickými znaky, výhodami a nevýhodami. Druhá kapitola se týká procesu vedoucího k aplikaci franchisingu v praxi. Třetí kapitola mapuje situaci franchisingu v ČR od minulosti po současnot. Poslední kapitola je zaměřená na franchisový koncept SUBWAY. |

| Abstract: | My bachelor thesis deals with franchising as a form of market entry. It is divided into four main chapters. The fisrt chapter focuses on the theoretical definition of franchising, its characteristic features, its advantages and disadvantages. The second chapter is related to the process leading to the application of franchising in practice. The third chapter monitors the situation of franchising in the Czech Republic from the past to the present day. The last chapter applies to the franchising concept of SUBWAY. |
