| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá Integrovaným operačním programem. Popisuje proces implementace programu a charakterizuje jeho fungování v programovém období 2007 -- 2013. Pozornost je věnována cílům programu a čerpání alokace v jednotlivých oblastech intervence. Práce rovněž popisuje dva projekty realizované v rámci IPRM Pardubice -- Sídliště Dukla a Višňovka, které žádají o dotaci z Integrovaného operačního programu. |

A part of the thesis is dedicated to the goals of the programme and utilization of the allocation in different areas of intervention. The thesis also describes two projects under the IPRM Pardubice -- Sídliště Dukla and Višňovka, applying for a grant from the Integrated Operational Programme. |
