| Abstract: | Tato práce se zabývá tématem z oblasti vzdělávání, které se týká trendu dnešní doby nazvaného blended learning. Práce nejprve popisuje historii a vývoj blended learningu, dále jeho metody a nástroje, silné a slabé stránky a srovnává ho s ostatními vzdělávacími přístupy. Práce se dále věnuje otázkám efektivity přístupu blended learning, obzvláště vzdělávacích kurzů zaměřených na měkké dovednosti. V praktické části je analyzována správná a efektivní tvorba vzdělávacích programů založených na kombinované výuce. |

| Abstract: | This thesis is focused on a new approach of education called blended learning. The history and developement of Blended Learning is described in the first part. Then the methods and tools of Blended Learning are evaluated and compared to the traditional methods of education. At the final part an efficient developement of the educational programs is emphasized. |
