| Abstract: | Tato práce se zabývá vlivem stresu na vybrané druhy přepravovaných zvířat, konkrétně na prasata, skot a drůbež. Na každé zvíře stres působí jinak, a to vzhledem k jeho anatomickým, fyziologickým a etologickým předpokladům. Požadavky plynoucí z těchto předpokladů jsou popsány v teoretické části práce. V závěru teoretické části jsou shrnuty dopady, které má stres na kvalitu masa přepravovaných zvířat. V praktické části práce je uveden přehled českých i evropských právních norem vztahujících se na přepravu živých zvířat. Minimální požadavky stanovené těmito normami jsou dále porovnány se zjištěnými nároky zvířat. V závěru celé práce je zhodnocena kvalita sledovaných právních norem a nastíněn výhled do budoucnosti, jakým směrem by se mohla přeprava živých zvířat vyvíjet. |

| Abstract: | This thesis deals with influence of stress during transport on selected species of transported animals especially on pigs, cattle and poultry. Each animal deals with stress differently according to its anatomical, physiological and ethological predispositions. Requirements according to these predispositions are described in the theoretical part of thesis. In the end of theoretical part defects of meat which occur as a result of stress are described. In practical part there is a summary of current laws related to transport of living animals, both Czech and European. Current laws are compared with anatomical, physiological and ethological requirements of animals. In the end of thesis the quality of current laws is evaluated and possible future development of transport of living animals is outlined. |
