| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce je vypracovat podnikatelský plán pro začínající podnik působící v oblasti pohostinství s důrazem na zdravý životní styl. Práce je složena ze dvou hlavních částí, teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část, vycházející z odborné literatury, poskytuje čtenáři metodické postupy, které jsou uplatňovány při koncepci podnikatelského plánu. Nejprve jsou zde vymezeny základní pojmy z oblasti podnikání a obecná doporučení v souvislosti s danou problematikou, dále je podrobněji rozebrána struktura podnikatelského plánu. Praktická část je tvořena samotným podnikatelským plánem. Neméně významnou součástí práce je také závěr, který shrne poznatky, zjištěné v praktické části, ohledně výhodnosti a realizovatelnosti projektu. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this thesis is to create a business plan for a start-up enterprise acting in the hospitality industry with an emphasis on a healthy lifestyle. The thesis consists of two main parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part, based on the literature, provides the reader with methodological procedures, which are applied in the plan. At First there are described the basic concepts of business and general recommendations in connection with this issue, next parts are the structure of the business plan. The practical part is the real business plan. Equally important part of the work is the conclusion which summarizes the findings identified in the practical part, about the benefits and feasibility of the project. |
