| Abstract: | Práce se zabývá současnou rakouskou zahraniční kulturní politikou. Rakousko přikládá kulturní složce zahraniční politiky velký význam a proto Spolkové ministerstvo pro Evropu, integraci a zahraniční věci vypracovalo strategii zahraničně-kulturních aktivit pro období let 2011-2014 zvanou "Auslandskulturkonzept 2011". Tento dokument shrnuje cíle a nástroje rakouské zahraniční kulturní politiky a rovněž poskytuje přehled institucí, které se na realizaci této politiky podílejí. Z tohoto důvodu z něj tato práce vychází a jejím cílem je poskytnout ucelený obraz o současné zahraniční kulturní politice Rakouska v oblasti kulturní a tradiční diplomacie a to jak na bilaterální, tak na multilaterální úrovni. |

| Abstract: | The thesis deals with the current Austrian foreign cultural policy. Austria attaches great importance to cultural dimension of foreign policy and therefore the Federal Ministry for Europe, Integration and Foreign Affairs has developed a strategy for foreign cultural activities for the period 2011-2014 called "Auslandskulturkonzept 2011 '. This document summarizes the objectives and instruments of Austria's foreign cultural policy and also provides a list of institutions involved in the implementation of the policy. For this reason, the thesis is based on this document and it aims to provide a comprehensive picture of the current Austrian foreign cultural policy in the field of cultural and traditional diplomacy, on both bilateral and multilateral level. |
