| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je provést finanční benchmarking společnosti Pivovar Svijany, a.s. Díky finančnímu benchmarkingu dokážeme posoudit finanční situaci podniku a srovnat ji se situací v odvětví, ve kterém podniká, i s nejlepšími podniky v tomto odvětví. Toto porovnání odhalí finanční zdraví podniku a jeho silné a slabé stránky. V této práci je konkrétně použita metoda benchmarkingového diagnostického systému finančních indikátorů INFA. Tento systém byl navržen manželi Neumaierovými ve spolupráci s Ministerstvem obchodu a průmyslu. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this work is to make financial benchmarking of the company Pivovar Svijany, a.s. Thanks to the financial benchmarking can assess their financial situation and to compare it with the situation in a sector in which it operates and with the best companies in this sector. This comparison reveals the financial health of the company and its strengths and weaknesses. This work is specifically used the method of benchmarking diagnostic system of financial indicators INFA. This system was designed by husbands Neumaier in cooperation with the Ministry of Trade and Industry. |
