| Abstract: | Doktorská práce se zaměřuje na podnikatelské klima v zemích procházejících transformací s konkrétním zaměřením na Českou republiku a její srovnání vůči Švýcarsku. Metodou grounded theory porovnává možnosti zakládání nových akademických spin-off v obou zemích a hodnotí klíčové faktory v dané oblasti. Práce se opírá o rozsáhlý soubor literatury stejně jako o vlastní výzkum. |
