| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je představit koncept CSR a následně popsat vliv společensky odpovědných aktivit na výkonnost podniku IBM. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část se zabývá představením konceptu CSR, jeho hlavními principy a studiemi zkoumajícími vztah mezi CSR a výkonností podniku. V části praktické je představen postoj IBM ke společenské odpovědnosti, významné projekty a také prospěch plynoucí pro podnik z přijetí principů CSR. |

| Abstract: | The main goal of this thesis is to introduce the concept of CSR and to describe the impact of socially responsible activities on corporate performance of IBM. The thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is concerned with introducing the concept of CSR, its key principles and studies dealing with the relationship between CSR and corporate performance. The practical part is concerned with introducing IBM's approach to corporate social responsibility, its key projects and the benefits of implementing the principles of CSR. |
