| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá lidskými právy sexuálních menšin ve světle mezinárodního práva a jejím cílem práce je rozšíření povědomí o lidských právech, která by sexuální menšiny měly z pohledu mezinárodního práva mít. První část je věnována teoretickému vymezení pojmů, která s touto tématikou souvisí. V další části sledujeme, jakou mají sexuální menšiny oporu v závazných dokumentech. Třetí kapitola se zabývá přístupem k tomuto tématu ze strany Rady pro lidská práva. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with the human rights of sexual minorities in the light of international law and its goal is to raise awareness about human rights, which sexual minorities from the perspective of international law should have. The first part is devoted to theoretical definitions that relate to this topic. In the next section we observe what support in binding documents sexual minorities have. The third chapter deals with the approach to this issue by the Human Rights Council. |
