| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá společností ICOM transport a.s., resp. její divizí, která je zaměřená na mezinárodní kamionovou dopravu. Cílem DP je zmapovat náplň dispečerské práce, nalézt problémy vyskytující se ve společnosti s jejich možnými řešeními, a navrhnout opatření, která by mohla vést ke snížení nákladů na přepravu, popř. k zefektivnění činností uvnitř podniku. |
