| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je provedení literární rešerše zaměřené na problematiku metody Balanced Scorecard a následná aplikace získaných teoretických znalostí na vy-braný podnik. V úvodu mé práce je krátce popsán vznik a podstata této metody. Dále jsou v práci důkladně popsány jednotlivé perspektivy Balanced Scorecard a také je zde zmíněna problematika strategických map a klíčových indikátorů výkonnosti v souvislosti s metodou Balanced Scorecard. Závěrem práce je strategická mapa společ-nosti Toptherm, s.r.o., která sloužila jako základ pro návrh Balanced Scorecard v této společnosti. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor thesis is to perform a literature search focused on the issue of Balanced Scorecard and subsequent application of theoretical knowledge to the chosen company. At the beginning of my work the origin and nature of this method are described in brief. Furthermore, my work thoroughly describes the different perspectives of the Balanced Scorecard, and there is also a mention of the issue of strategic maps and key performance indicators in the context of the Balanced Scorecard method. Conclusion of the bachelor thesis is strategic map TOPTHERM Company Ltd., which served as the basis for the design of the Balanced Scorecard at the company. |
