| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na analýzu plnění povinnosti zveřejňování informací o své činnosti, konkrétně účetní závěrky, vybranými podniky v České republice. Teoretická část se věnuje legislativnímu rámci a diskuzi nad opodstatněností zákonem stanovených informačních povinností. Praktickou část tvoří vlastní analýza zdrojových dat získaných z veřejného rejstříku a vyhodnocení dotazníkového šetření provedeného na reprezentativním vzorku podniků obou skupin; jak těch, které informační povinnost plní pravidelně, tak těch, kteří požadované dokumenty rejstříkovému soudu dosud ne-dodaly, případně je nedodaly vždy, kdy jim vznikla povinnost. V závěru je popsán zjištěný aktuální stav a možná řešení, která by přispěla k jeho zlepšení. |

| Abstract: | This main content of this thesis is focused on analyzing the fullfilment of the obligation to publish information by selected companies in the Czech Republic (specifically financial statements). The theoretical part describes the legislative framework and discusses the merits of statutory disclosure obligations. The practical part consists of two main parts: analysis of the source data obtained from public register and the evaluation of the questionnaire survey carried out on a representative sample of businesses of two groups; those who fullfil regular information duty and those who haven´t submited those documents to the Registry Court yet or didn´t submit them in the right time. The analyzed current situation, possible solutions and areas for improvement are described in conclusion. |
