| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat a zhodnotit systém odměňování zaměstnanců ve společnosti zabývající se jednak prodejem a servisem vozů, jednak prodejem náhradních dílů. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části je definován systém odměňování, mzdový systém a zaměstnanecké výhody. Praktická část je tvořena charakterizováním firmy a systémem jejího odměňování, dále dotazníkovým šetřením spokojenosti zaměstnanců s tímto systémem a návrhem možných zlepšení. Systém odměňování je nastaven správně pouze s několika nedostatky. Byly proto navrženy změny, které by mohly tyto nedostatky optimalizovat. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyse and evaluate the system of remuneration of employees in a company that sells cars, spare parts and services vehicles. This thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part defines the payroll system and the employee benefits. The practical part consists of characterizing the company and its remuneration system, a questionnaire survey of employee satisfaction with the system and suggestions for possible improvements. The remuneration system is set up correctly with only a few shortcomings. Therefore, there were changes proposed that could optimize the identified deficiencies. |
