| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá trhem práce, nezaměstnaností a aktivní politikou zaměstnanosti v Libereckém kraji. Cílem je zanalyzovat, jak se trh práce v Libereckém kraji vyvíjel od roku 2005 do roku 2015, a vyhodnotit provádění politiky zaměstnanosti. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny pojmy související s trhem práce: nezaměstnanost, politika zaměstnanosti a další. V části praktické je nejprve krátce představen Liberecký kraj a jeho jednotlivé okresy, následuje analýza a komparace dat z jednotlivých okresů a u vybraných ukazatelů i porovnání údajů z okresů a kraje s ostatními kraji i celou ČR. Použity jsou ukazatele jako podíl nezaměstnaných osob nebo počet uchazečů na jedno volné pracovní místo. Dále se práce věnuje analýze programů aktivní politiky zaměstnanosti a jejímu vyhodnocení mimo jiné na základě rozhovorů se zaměstnankyní ÚP v Semilech. Na závěr následuje shrnutí situace a doporučení do dalších let, jak situaci zlepšit. |

| Abstract: | The Bachelors Thesis is focused on the labour market, unemployment and active labour market policy in Liberec region. The main aims of this thesis are to analyse how the labour market in Liberec region has developed from 2005 to 2015 and to evaluate the implementation of active labour market policy. The theoretical part describes the labour market, unemployment and labour market policy. In the practical part is short characteristic of the Liberec region and the districts in this region followed by comparison of the districts and the other regions and the rest of the Czech Republic. Analysed indicators are: unemployment rate or the number of applicants per vacancy ect. In the following part of this thesis is the analysis of the active labour market policys programs and evaluation if these programs which is partly based on the interview with the employee of the Employment Office in Semily. In the final part is the summary of the situation and proposal solutions to improve the situation. |
