| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce je zpracování podnikatelského plánu pro nově vznikající společnost Gefestus s.r.o., jež bude provozovat bar s unikátním systémem loajality a gamifikace. Samotnému podnikatelskému plánu předchází teoretická část, ve které jsou definovány základní pojmy a podklady pro zpracování podnikatelského plánu. Samotný plán je sestaven pro majitelku firmy jako informační podklad s důrazem na marketingovou část a popis USP. Na základě provedených analýz také bude provedeno posouzení životaschopnosti projektu, budou stanoveny podmínky pro úspěšnou realizaci celého projekt a bude provedena analýza a sestavené prognózy finančních výsledků podnikání za první rok provozu v pesimistické, realistické a optimistické podobě. |

| Abstract: | The aim of my Bachelor thesis is to create a business plan for the new founded company Gefestus Ltd., which will operate the bar with a unique system of loyalty and gamification. Before the actual business plan goes a theoretical part, which defines the basic concepts and basis for preparation of a business plan. The plan itself is designed for business owners as informational background with an emphasis on marketing and description of the USP. On the base of analyzes will be also made an evaluation of the viability of the project, set conditions for successful realization of the project, also will be analyzed and composed predictions of financial results for the first year of business in pessimistic, realistic and optimistic way. |
