| Abstract: | The study deals with the various aspects of the copyright protection on the Internet in the selected EU countries. It provides an overview of the situation in the European Union, Sweden, Germany and the Czech Republic. The research enables to identify variables influencing the level of internet piracy from different points of view with emphasis on the application for the businesses. |

| Abstract: | Studie se zaobírá rozličnými aspekty ovlivňujícími ochranu copyrightu na Internetu ve vybraných zemích EU. Poskytuje ucelený přehled o situaci v Evropské Unii, Švédsku, Německu a v České Republice. Tento výzkum nabídl možnost z různých perspektiv identifikovat proměnné, které ovlivňují míru internetového pirátství. Důraz byl kladen na využití v podnikání. |
