| Abstract: | The aim of this thesis is to propose improvements in the selected banking process. This thesis consists of a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part is devoted to the traditional and banking approaches to innovations. The definition of innovations, classification, sources, models of innovation process, barriers to innovations are defined in the theoretical part. The practical part is devoted to the analysis of the process and a proposal of the innovation model of the process. |

| Abstract: | Cílem práce je navrhnout zlepšení ve vybraném bankovním procesu. Práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část se věnuje tradičnímu a bankovnímu přístupům k inovacím. Definice inovací, klasifikace, zdroje, modely inovačního procesu, překážky inovací jsou představovány v teoretické části. Praktická část se zabývá analýzou procesu a vytvořením návrhu inovačního modelu procesu. |
